Grant Herring has advised clients on advocacy projects ranging from health care, cyber security, voting rights, workforce development, infrastructure, clean energy, and other critical issues before Congress. He works closely with clients to achieve their objectives by implementing communications plans, designing advocacy campaigns, legislative strategy, and crafting successful engagement tactics.

Since founding the firm in 2021, he worked with small, mid-size, publicly-traded companies, and national organizations to navigate Washington. Since 2022, he has worked with Liberty Partners Group on a wide range of bipartisan lobbying efforts.

He is a veteran of high-profile campaigns and high-stakes legislative efforts, including work for U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Mark Pryor, (D-AR) Governors Ralph Northam (VA) and Jim Justice (WV), U.S. Representatives Gerry Connolly (VA-11) and John Tierney (MA-6), and Virginia Senate Majority Leader Dick Saslaw. More recently his work helped elect Congressman James Walkinshaw in Virginia’s special election.

Herring has years of experience helping candidates, organizations, elected officials, and clients deliver their message to the right audience in some of the most complex political landscapes. He’s managed millions of dollars in paid media campaigns, prepared principals for high-stakes media appearances, built coalitions, and advised clients during major legislative fights on Capitol Hill, in state houses, and at the local level.
